Our dragons are guaranteed to be healthy and arrive alive if, and only if, someone is there to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. We will communicate all of the shipping details up front in writing in order to alleviate any miscommunication.
We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with our dragons. We will send you multiple pictures of your dragon prior to purchase. If after receiving your dragon you are not satisfied we must hear from you within 12 hours to discuss a possible return or exchange.
Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed. If you decide to return a dragon, you will pay for the cost of the return shipment. We really hope the steps we take as a breeder will prevent any of this as ultimately it just adds unnecessary stress to the dragon.
We do not guarantee the gender in our younger bearded dragons. We will do our best to accurately sex your dragon.
